Addx provides the US Patent and Trademark Office with Capital Investment Planning Subject Matter Experts to help develop and maintain investment control documents critical to sustaining and improving the underlying USPTO IT infrastructure. Our SMEs produce reports that monitor and track expenditures and commitments against established project budgets. We also provide performance goals and corresponding performance measures, expenditure summaries, contingency planning strategies, budget mapping, and fund reallocation from old plans to new projects. Addx-produced documents are leveraged as useful tools for making assessments about current projects, such as determining which projects are not in budget compliance or behind schedule and need additional oversight. As a result of these control documents, USPTO has benefited from enhanced insight into existing projects, typically 40 to 60 projects at any given time, to control IT project costs.
