Mr. Millward brings more than 30 years of experience in running organizations that achieve mission results. Since Addx was founded, the company has worked with public and private sector clients to help create greater efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity. Mr. Millward's previous experience includes a distinguished U.S. Navy career, highlighted by warship command, early design of network-centric warfare concepts and the naval nuclear power program. Following his naval career, he directed Arthur Andersen's Office of Government Services' knowledge management practice. As an expert in knowledge management, risk assessment and operational services, he is a former Adjunct Professor for George Washington University's advanced knowledge management studies.Hampton is the Director of Professional Services for Addx Corporation and brings over 25 years experience in the areas of program management, systems development, and management consulting. Mr. Oberle currently oversees all business operations for Addx Corporation to include such customers as DHS, DOE, Forest Service, U.S. Patent and Trade, Army Corp of Engineers, Joint Chiefs of Staff, and Veteran’s Administration.Paul is a Director of Addx Corporation and brings 20 years experience in achieving mission results to clients. Since joining Addx in 2006, he has facilitated several strategic client engagements in the information and management sciences arena, including an Energy Information Administration initiative that allowed the Office of Coal, Nuclear, Electric, and Alternative Fuels to identify how its core IT systems could be used to implement the agency’s overall strategic plan and the Headquarters Staff for the US Navy. He also provides facilitation and strategic communications support to the Secretary of the Air Force Office’s Chief Information Officer. Barbara brings 20 years experience in finance and accounting support to internal management and external customers. Since joining Addx from its inception, she has continued to ensure Addx’s long term financial viability and ensure the necessary infrastructure to enable growth. Edwardina “Deede” Smith is Director of Recruitment and Staffing for Addx Corporation and brings 20 years experience in recruitment and staffing support to on-site management and corporate management. Since joining Addx in 2007, she has recruited several highly qualified professional to support our client engagements in the information and management sciences arena, including Operations Research Engineers, Acquisition and procurement Specialist (DAWIA Level III) and prime top level PMP certified Project Managers. Prior to joining Addx, She held a Staffing Management role with Honeywell Technologies and Services (Formerly Dimensions International). She provided support to over 12 Project Directors and managed a team of three Recruiters. Prior to her career in the recruitment and staffing arena, she was an On-site Project Manager for 8 years supporting various DOE records management and physical security operations projects. She holds a B.A degree in Journalism and Music Theory from the University of Maryland, 1982. She is also a member of Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). Lydia provides corporate guidance on human resources, contractual, legal, security, ethics, and management issues. Working in collaboration with her colleagues, Ms. Theunissen ensures that Addx Corporation is regarded as a “company of choice” for employees and subcontractors and that Addx’s policies, procedures, and practices are fair, consistent, and practical. As a certified Senior Practitioner in Human Resources (SPHR) and senior HR Generalist, Ms. Theunissen is responsible for developing and managing HR policy development and documentation, the performance appraisal system, compensation and salary administration programs, benefits and retirement programs, and affirmative action and equal employment opportunity plans and programs, as well as required government compliance and reporting for such programs.
