Mr. Millward brings more than 30 years of experience in running organizations that achieve mission results. Since Addx was founded, the company has worked with public and private sector clients to help create greater efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity. Mr. Millward's previous experience includes a distinguished U.S. Navy career, highlighted by warship command, early design of network-centric warfare concepts, and the naval nuclear power program. Following his naval career, he directed Arthur Andersen's Office of Government Services' knowledge management practice. As an expert in knowledge management, risk assessment, and operational services, he is a former Adjunct Professor for George Washington University's advanced knowledge management studies. Hampton brings over 25 of years of experience providing program management, systems development, and management consulting. He currently oversees all business operations including strategic initiatives for federal agencies involving contract and procurement, business operations, software development and integration, and operational application integration and support. Paul has more than 20 years of experience developing and delivering critical mission results to clients. His practical military experience in strategic operational planning, business process re-engineering, requirements, and coalition operations, enable Paul to uniquely position value added solutions to military and public safety agencies. Since joining Addx in 2006, he has facilitated several strategic client engagements in the information and management sciences arena, which include providing Lean Six Sigma training to the Secretary of the Air Force Warfighter Integration Division (SAF/A6) workforce, and facilitation and strategic communications support to the Office’s Chief Information Officer.  He also serves as Program Manager and Chief Instructor for the DHS’s Acquisition Workforce Training Branch Acquisition and Program Management courses. Harry possesses over 24 years of experience providing oversight and expertise into business security processes. He is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on verification and certification programs for the federal government, and is considered a highly decorated and accomplished investigator and auditor.  He is further knowledgeable of fraud investigations, forensic accounting, the litigation process, and government contracting. Harry oversees a unique program which assists customers by providing strategic investigative and audit approaches. The result is a unique output that is strategically designed in preventing, detecting, and investigating risks and threats to people, companies, premises, and assets. Tom brings more than 25 years of business development experience in domestic, federal, and international competitive markets. He facilitates creative, strategic solutions for federal agencies by aligning their mission critical needs with Addx’s core capabilities. Tom is also responsible for all Capture Management, Proposal Management, and Recruiting efforts, leveraging his expertise managing strategic alliances, team-building, and mentoring to orchestrate responsive, agile service offerings to customers. Barbara has over 20 years of experience providing finance and accounting support to internal management and external customers. Since joining Addx from its inception in 2002, she has continued to ensure the company’s long-term financial viability and ensure the necessary infrastructure that has enabled growth. Deede brings over 20 years of experience providing recruitment and staffing support for both on-site and corporate management. Since joining Addx in 2007, she has recruited dozens of highly qualified professionals to support our client engagements in the information and management sciences arena.  These professionals have included Operations Research Engineers, Acquisition and Procurement Specialists (DAWIA Level III), and prime top-level PMP certified Project Managers. Prior to her career in the recruitment and staffing arena, Deede served as an on-site Project Manager supporting various records management and physical security operations projects within the DOE. Lydia possesses over 25 years of experience providing corporate guidance on human resources, contractual, legal, security, ethics, and management issues. She ensures that Addx is regarded as a “company of choice” for employees and subcontractors alike, and that our policies, procedures, and practices are fair, consistent, and practical. As a certified Senior Practitioner in Human Resources (SPHR) and senior HR Generalist, Lydia is responsible for developing and managing HR policy development and documentation, the performance appraisal system, compensation and salary administration programs, benefits and retirement programs, and affirmative action and equal employment opportunity plans and programs.  Additionally, she ensures the required government compliance and reporting for such programs.
