Addx Sponsors "Fall into Giving" Holiday Goods Drive

In the spirit of the holiday season, Addx Corporation recently teamed up with Give Back Alexandria, a local community initiative under the Act for Alexandria foundation, and sponsored their annual “Fall into Giving” holiday goods drive. The event was held this past December 8th, 2010, at the Athenaeum, in the historic district of Old Town, Alexandria.

Attended by hundreds of people, the event featured live music, raffle prizes, cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, and an abundance of holiday spirit. In addition to providing sponsorship, Addx employees also brought dozens of items off the holiday goods Wish List including board games, toys, school supplies, and of course, play-doh.

Event donations were given over and distributed by Give Back Alexandria’s grantee partners, Higher Achievement, and Stop Child Abuse Now (SCAN) of Northern Virginia, which focus their efforts towards aiding underprivileged children in our local community.
