Past Performance

U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Acquisition Directorate

Addx examined organic roles for systems engineering and integration across USCG headquarters and the acquisition support enterprise to help establish the Acquisition Directorate. Addx also resolved acquisition technical issues with stakeholder organizations.

Future Force Structure Studies

Addx conducted an alternatives analysis for U.S. Coast Guard Deepwater recapitalization efforts and extended the process to study polar ice operations (icebreaking) for the next 25 years, accounting for geopolitical, commerce, and climate implications.
