Addx deployed a multidisciplinary team of 23 subject-matter experts (SMEs) to support SAF/A6 through a $99 million blanket purchase agreement for Business, Engineering, and Technical Assistance. Using PMI-based project management, Addx SMEs provided program oversight, portfolio management, cost–benefit analyses, and STRATCOM support, earning Addx the USAF’s 2008 award for Small Business of the Year.

The Business Process Specialists and Knowledge Management SMEs on the Addx team conducted a business requirements analysis and are currently developing cost-effective Information and Knowledge Management solutions that will enhance IMD’s ability to support collaboration and decision making by senior DoD leaders and their staff.
