Homeland Security Acquisition Institute (HSAI)

Addx subject matter experts are recognized as trusted advisers to this important Federal training branch. Addx's onsite staff is able to provide immediate training responses to the ever-changing environment and remain aligned with industry best practices and HSAI training initiatives. Addx regularly reviews learning objectives for clarity and ensures that training will support emerging acquisition needs. Additionally, Addx has researched GAO and other reports to identify critical training deficiency areas. In 2013 Addx suggested revisions to the Cost Estimating and Scheduling curriculum based on a recurrence of issues reported since 2010. A well-designed matrix of learning objectives, mapped to the entire curriculum, allowed Addx to target specific areas to immediately prepare revised modules.
