Aerial Surveillance and Imagery Analysis

Aerial Surveillance and Imagery Analysis

Capability Statement

Core Competencies

Big-name vendors would have you believe that collecting weekly aerial imagery requires deep pockets. However, we’ve teamed with TerrAvion, an expert in small, unmanned aircraft and aerial sensors, to bring aerial surveillance prices down to earth. So even if you have a tight budget, you can track and predict a changing threat like flooding, contamination, wildfire, crop disease, or overheating power transformers. In California, vineyard owners are using our aerial imagery to ensure that their profits don’t die on the vine. What can your agency do with Addx–TerrAvion aerial surveillance and image analysis? As we see it, the ground’s the limit.

Aerial Surveillance and Imagery Analysis

  • Vegetation/hydrology
  • Water-borne contaminant monitoring
  • Flood prediction, mitigation, and response
  • Wildfire prevention and prediction
  • Power transmission infrared heat-load analysis

Past Performance

A Major Winery, California

Addx surveyed a major vineyard to support viticulture decisions for optimizing the yield and quality of its grapes. Using industrial COTS cameras, Addx imaged the vineyard at LANDSAT wavelengths, resolving details of parts smaller than a grape leaf. Since the vineyard was surveyed frequently, the owners were able to adjust how it was watered and fertilized more effectively than if they had merely spot-checked.
