Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE), Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)
Addx assessed VA’s verification program and its transition to a recommended “future state.” To ensure that change management would be carried out smoothly, Addx provided a two-phase transition plan, trained CVE personnel, wrote a site examiner’s guide, and conducted site examinations of high-risk Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs).
Federal Acquisition Services (FAS), General Services Administration (GSA)
To support FAS’s internal strategic plan and goals, Addx provided extensive expertise in employee communications and change management communications. Addx developed a comprehensive communications strategy that rebranded the office’s Continuous Process Improvement Program, one of the Commissioner’s highest priorities. The Addx team completely redesigned the FAS internal newsletter, a vehicle read by almost 4,000 employees.
