Past Performance

Homeland Security Acquisition Institute (HSAI) Training Development, Department of Homeland Security

The DHS Office of the Chief Procurement Officer, Acquisition Workforce Branch was created to lead the DHS effort to recruit, develop, train, certify, and retain acquisition workers. As the DHS acquisition workforce grew, the branch needed qualified, experienced instructors to develop and deliver courses. Addx came through. As directives and policy change, Addx's onsite staff revises the courses promptly even in the face of additional challenges. During the 2013 government shutdown, Addx created a modified delivery structure of a Level III capstone course within a few days. As a result, a high-profile course required for certification proceeded on schedule.

DOE Energy Information Agency (EIA) Leadership Development Training

Addx has facilitated many EIA team-building and leadership development sessions as well as strategic planning sessions with the Administrator and his SES-level assistants. These sessions received great reviews: EIA’s Administrator emailed our CEO that a recent session had been a “great success.” In 2013 Addx began delivering leadership continuum workshops, each tailored to EIA’s culture and skill gaps areas. The Administrator has attended, praised Addx, and encouraged each of his managers to attend.
