Past Performance

Personnel Accountability System, Human Resources and Administration (HR&A), VA

Addx helped VA’s three administrations map processes and assess the state of major legacy systems. Addx mapped communication flows, assessed the value added by 16 data sources and communication channels, and shared lessons learned from similar agencies. After surveying leading vendors, Addx conducted a cost–benefit analysis of the top three enterprise systems. After Addx personnel showed VA how their solution could be be phased in, VA adopted it and used it for a National Level Exercise.

Coastal America Partnership (CAP)

CAP is a public–private partnership that funds coastal health projects. To help CAP work more efficiently, Addx assessed its financial and administrative records and processes, and assessed how well its operations aligned with its mission. Addx mapped stakeholders, recommended ways to reengineer processes, assessed its workforce, developed a staffing model, and baselined best practices.
