On a large, complex program, managing schedule, cost, and risk takes more than “gut feeling.” It takes a disciplined, measurable lifecycle approach. It takes the right resources to deliver the best services, reliably and responsively. Addx project and program managers understand your PMO’s challenges in mission, budget, and organization. Past Performance

Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)

Addx subject-matter experts supported the OCIO’s five-year, $180 million Transformation Road Map Initiative and its nine distinct initiatives. To support Capital Investment Planning, they led program management reviews; conducted operational analyses; performed business process reengineering and alignment; and provided budget support, strategic planning, and integration. Thanks to Addx’s solid project management, OCIO’s software releases became more polished, “one-time” documents became reusable templates, and office deliverables met budget and schedule.

Warfighting Integration/CIO A6 (CIO A6 / SAF/A6), U.S. Air Force

Addx deployed a multidisciplinary team of 23 subject-matter experts to support SAF/A6 through a $99 million BPA for Business, Engineering, and Technical Assistance. Using PMI-based project management, they provided program oversight, portfolio management, cost–benefit analyses, and STRATCOM support, earning Addx the USAF’s 2008 award for Small Business of the Year.
