For all management levels, Addx administrative workers do everything from proofreading and desktop publishing to database management. They greet and direct visitors, field phone calls, schedule meetings, arrange travel, and escort VIPs.

Energy Information Agency (EIA), Department of Energy (DOE)

At EIA, Independent Expert Reviews (IERs) require close attention to detail. Coordinating these reviews takes considerable time, a luxury the agency can’t afford if it’s to be seen as credible and transparent. To expedite the review process, Addx staff provided intensive coordination. For each review, they invited nationally recognized experts, negotiated and issued consulting agreements, arranged logistics, coordinated with EIA to select a topical research area, prepared the agenda, coordinated the review, and delivered the final report.
