Office of Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV)
When the Director, Navy Staff (DNS) needed insight into the efficiency and effectiveness of Navy Headquarters Staff (OPNAV), Addx assessed the effectiveness of the 2,500-member OPNAV staff against its core business functions and developed a Transformational Staff Action Plan to align the workforce to their mission, function, and tasks. This included a complete analysis and assessment of prior evaluations conducted by an outside consultant and was so successful it quickly grew into a large-scale business transformation and human capital planning engagement.
