Personnel Accountability System, Human Resources and Administration (HR&A), VA
When the VA Secretary was seeking a single enterprise Emergency Personnel Accountability System, Addx personnel conducted an assessment of legacy emergency accountability systems throughout VA; brought together strategic, operational, and tactical stakeholders levels of all administrations to define and deconflict business requirements; and crafted an enterprise COTS-GOTS solution that was adopted by VA.
Coastal America Partnership (CAP)
Addx conducted an organizational assessment of the financial and administrative records and processes this geographically dispersed public-private partnership uses to select and fund Coastal Health projects around the country. This included assessment of alignment between operations and strategic mission, stakeholder mapping, process re-engineering recommendations, workforce assessment and staffing model development, and benchmarking of best practices from analogous organizations.
