Advisory and Assistance Services, VA Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE)
Addx reviewed the CVE Verification Program’s policies and processes, making sure that every participant in the Veterans First contracting program was eligible. Addx recommended ways that CVE could reengineer its business processes to standardize processes, reduce risks, and work more efficiently. As a result, CVE found eight times as many ineligible businesses as before.
Agency-wide Personnel Accountability System, VA Human Resources and Administration (HR&A)
Addx helped VA’s three administrations map processes and assess the state of major legacy systems. Addx mapped communication flows, assessed the value added by 16 data sources and communication channels, and shared lessons learned from similar agencies. After surveying leading vendors, Addx conducted a cost–benefit analysis of the top three enterprise systems. Soon after Addx showed VA how our solution could be phased in, VA adopted it and used it for a National Level Exercise.
Warfighting Integration/CIO A6 (CIO A6 / SAF/A6), Air Force Directorate of Washington
Under a $99 million BPA for Business, Engineering, and Technical Assistance, 23 Addx subject-matter experts documented processes under AFDW XCT/XCP Directorates; built feedback report metrics for leadership; and streamlined call center workflow. Response times were shortened, customer service ratings improved, and operations/maintenance costs were halved.
