Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)

Addx subject-matter experts supported the OCIO’s five-year, $180 million Transformation Road Map Initiative and its nine distinct initiatives. To support Capital Investment Planning, they led program management reviews; conducted operational analyses; performed business process reengineering and alignment; and provided budget support, strategic planning, and integration. Thanks to Addx’s solid project management, OCIO’s software releases became more polished, “one-time” documents became reusable templates, and office deliverables met budget and schedule.

Warfighting Integration/CIO A6 (CIO A6 / SAF/A6), U.S. Air Force

Addx deployed a multidisciplinary team of 23 subject-matter experts to support SAF/A6 through a $99 million BPA for Business, Engineering, and Technical Assistance. Using PMI-based project management, they provided program oversight, portfolio management, cost–benefit analyses, and STRATCOM support, earning Addx the USAF’s 2008 award for Small Business of the Year.
