Past Performance

Information Management Division (IMD), Joint Staff (JS), Office of the Secretary (SJS)

Needing to manage content, records, and corporate knowledge of a critically important, dynamic military organization, the Joint Staff presented Addx with an immense challenge, spanning more than 5,000 military, civilian, and contract personnel at home and abroad. To meet this need, Addx captured processes across nine directorates. Using a range of tools, applications, and abilities across classified and unclassified networks, Addx optimized performance; enhanced mission effectiveness; and ensured that people, processes, and technologies were complying with policies in a new, fiscally constrained operating environment. Finally, Addx created an integrated tool in SharePoint that gave senior leaders a single, directorate-wide screen where they could find contacts, daily personnel accountability reporting, and out-of-office notices.
