When the Navy Staff Director needed insight into the efficiency and effectiveness of Navy Headquarters Staff (OPNAV), Addx assessed the effectiveness of the 2,500-member OPNAV staff against its core business functions and developed a Transformational Staff Action Plan to align the workforce to their mission, function, and tasks. This included a complete analysis and assessment of prior evaluations conducted by an outside consultant and was so successful it quickly grew into a large-scale business transformation and human capital planning engagement.
Energy Information Administration (EIA), Department of Energy (DOE)
Addx performs and manages technical, analytical, and administrative support for EIA. Addx has helped Human Resources manage and analyze human capital; conduct special projects; meet surge needs; analyze skill gaps; assess staff’s knowledge, skills, and abilities; restructure; and fill a hard-to-fill opening for Senior Executive Service.
Strategic Management Group (SMG), Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)
Addx is helping the Office of Human Resources and Administration (HR&A) develop and implement a Human Capital Investment Plan to improve training, encourage professional development, and more effectively hire and retain workers. To support SMG in helping HR&A implement VA’s Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution strategy and improve operations and oversight, Addx is helping SMG increase collaboration across program offices, institutionalize a community of practice, make employees more accountable, and capture results to measure ROI.
