Past Performance

Secretary of the Air Force CIO (SAF CIO/A6)

Addx deployed a multidisciplinary team of 23 subject-matter experts (SMEs) to support SAF/A6 through a $99 million blanket purchase agreement for Business, Engineering, and Technical Assistance. Addx provided a range of Requirements and Doctrine Support to SAF A6, including formally reviewing all relevant Joint publications considered for publication from 2007 to 2012. Additionally, Addx co-developed the requirement traceability matrix—the model used by A6 to trace required operational capabilities from strategic guidance to implementation of solutions. Addx's traceability matrix work includes baselining, risk assessment, and final project reports to senior Air Force leadership.

Veterans Affairs Human Resources and Administration (VA HR&A)

When the VA Secretary was seeking a single enterprise Emergency Personnel Accountability System, Addx personnel conducted an assessment of legacy emergency accountability systems throughout VA, convened stakeholders at all levels to define and deconflict business requirements, and crafted an enterprise COTS–GOTS solution that was adopted by VA. This included a requirements and cost–benefit analysis of the top three contending systems and working closely with VA HR&A to establish short- and long-term recommendations, enabling VA to meet near-term National Level Exercise requirements.

U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO)

The Addx team helped the OCIO develop its Strategic Information Technology Plan, which comprised nine initiatives: Organizational Strengthening, Process Standardization, Data Center Stabilization, AIS Stabilization, Desktop Stabilization, Service Desk, Disaster Recovery, Telecommunications Stabilization, and Enterprise Architecture.
