Past Performance

Office of Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV)

The Director, Navy Staff needed to know whether the 2,500-member OPNAV workforce was working efficiently and effectively. Addx assessed their effectiveness against their core business functions and wrote a Transformational Staff Action Plan to align the workforce to OPNAV's mission, function, and tasks. Addx also assessed earlier evaluations performed by an outside consultant. This successful engagement quickly grew into a large-scale engagement to transform OPNAV's business and plan human capital.

Strategic Management Group (SMG), Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)

Addx is partnering with the Office of Human Resources and Administration (HR&A) to develop and implement a Human Capital Investment Plan to improve training, encourage professional development, and more effectively hire and retain workers. SMG is helping HR&A implement VA’s Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution strategy and improve operations and oversight. Addx is helping SMG raise collaboration across program offices, capture results, measure ROI, and make employees more accountable.

Energy Information Administration (EIA), Department of Energy (DOE)

Addx performs and manages technical, analytical, and administrative support for EIA. Addx has helped Human Resources manage and analyze human capital; conduct special projects; meet surge needs; analyze skill gaps; assess staff’s knowledge, skills, and abilities; restructure; and fill a hard-to-fill opening for Senior Executive Service.

Coastal America Partnership (CAP)

Addx Business and Financial Process SMEs conducted an organizational assessment of the financial, administrative, and project prioritization processes through which the national Coastal America Partnership coordinates policy and resources for protecting and restoring the nation’s ecosystems between 10 Federal offices, 7 Regional Teams, a national network of Coastal Ecosystem Learning Centers, and the Corporate Wetlands Restoration Partnership public–private partnership. Addx SMEs mapped the current state, conducted a benchmarking analysis, and provided targeted recommendations for aligning daily operations to strategic drivers. They crafted integrated process flows, developed workforce capabilities, and proposed a staffing model.
